My heart is out there somewhere
Hidden and parted out of sight

And her love has got me in awe

She has loved me so much
What I'd do for her wouldn't be enough
Now my friends look for me but I'm not there
I've neglected them all to be with her

Friends, understand for I speak from my heart

Beyond the reach of her shadow I cant go no farther
I couldn't walk away from this love

If she ever started a fight
I'd be there to finish it for her

The Eclipse

Is this really me
Whom I am now but yesterday i was not?
Can I still be me
While I've been stripped of all i ever was?

I'm no longer myself
Whats left of me is nothing but a shell
Broken and emptied
Even my words are hollow and meaningless

My life is about finding answers
But now to all that matters I find none
All seems blurred I cant tell wrong from right
My mind is blunted and my spirit is numb

I once was but I'm no longer
The transition was slow but it sure happened
The rain poured fast and harder
And like a bleach it washed away all my colours

But earth is not spoiled by a single shower
The old sage Swinburne observed
Though the rain has fallen and ruined all the ripe corn
From the same ground the fallen seeds will eventually sprout!

Coffee Call

Take me out for coffee my dear
Take me out and make my year
Not to Java or Coffee House there I've been
Rather take me to a place I've never been

And there let's be like we've never been
Just sit and allow our senses to speak
Savouring the steaming coffee in our mouths
Deeply lost in our own world

Take me out today or tomorrow
Say the words and I'll follow
If you will, Let us have this cup
Set before us for our time is now

Tell me the time and the place
And eagerly I'll count the hours to the day
Home coffee would be nice as well
I'm waiting dear, What do you say?

.....Actually, someone responded to my coffee call, Sherie, My friend. aaaaand we went to coffeeworld just op nandos on moi av. I liked it. Hadnt been there before but would recommend it. Its warm in a way n with warm colours inside too.I liked the place n we liked the gals (staffs) T-shirts. The stand-alone seats are not very comfy but there others that are. Their coffee is fine. We didnt write Minutes guys so dont ask me how it went!!!! But it was lovely being with you Sherie. Thanks Big.
If you wanted to take me out buh somehow din't, wait for Lunch call!!!Or, Dinner call,,,,,now i like the sound of that.

My dear friend how do I even begin
Should I let my mind or my heart speak?
Oh if I could call them both to meeting
And qualify one which would better tell my feelings

Time and space has conspired to separate us
Knocking down the bridge that linked us

Lifting it up like a banner so you could see it from afar

Though we be parted for months and days
Love protected and kept safe remains
Our friendship is love in a different shape
